- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tsp. Chipotle Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- === PICO DE GALLO ===
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced

- 1 Large Tomato, Diced
- 2 Garlic Gloves
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cilantro
- ½ Lime, Juiced
- ¼ Cup Red Onion, Diced
- === TACO INGREDIENTS ===
- Soft Flour Tortillas
- Shredded Red Cabbage
Instructions
- === DIRECTIONS FOR FISH ===
- Take the strips of cod and dip into a bowl of water.
- Take moistened cod and tumble in MIES BREADING in a shallow bowl.
- Deep fry until golden brown (internal temp 145°-150°).
- Place on paper towel and set aside.

- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

- On each tortilla shell spread chipotle sour cream.
- Top with 2 pieces of cod, pico de gallo, and red cabbage.
